The best place to get started in the spring! The War Canoe Challenge involves 8 practices over 4 weeks, followed by a low-pressure race at our first club regatta of the season in Mississauga. This program is designed for anyone new to the sport, and will teach the basics of racing war canoe, the sport's most iconic Canadian boat. There's no commitment past the finishing regatta, but we think you'll love it enough to come back during the summer! If you decide to continue after the War Canoe Challenge, the transfer into our Elementary membership is streamlined and the cost of the War Canoe Challenge can be applied to your membership fees.
